Frank Austin, owner of the company and senior guide, is a native Namibian with a deep love and understanding of his country and its people. He is fluent in Afrikaans and English and is thoroughly knowledgeable about Namibian species, flora and fauna. He is also a member of the Tour Guide's Association of Namibia. He tries to do all tours himself and when he is not available, we spare no expense to use the most qualified of freelance guides in the country. The advantage of small-group safaris lies in the personalized attention and flexibility.

Jeni Austin is co-owner of the company and the office manager. She handles all bookings, safari arrangements and day-to-day administrative duties.  All camping meals are of the highest quality and are prepared by your guide. Your guide will be with you from your arrival at the airport for the duration of the safari until your return flight.
